The Guangzhou Harbour City Xuanwan showflat boasts an interior height of 3.3 meters and covers an area of 220 square meters. Its location along the back channel of the Pearl River in Liwan District, Guangzhou, positions it as a riverside luxury house. The project started in June 2021 and was completed in January 2022.

The design team faced several challenges while creating this showflat. They successfully achieved the goals of advanced-customized space, the replacement of the urban upstart, family-style residence, cost-effectiveness, complete facilities, quality of life, and cultural identity. The furniture selection focused on space utilization, high-end aesthetics, fashion, and comfort. The materials and decorations highlight the quality of the real estate, providing customers with a visually pleasing experience.
